All claims / returns must be notified in writing (by fax or email) within 5 working days of receiving your order.
All returned or exchanges must be in their unopened original factory issued box and or packaging. The return freight is at the customer’s cost, unless the cost of doing so is significant. In this case, we will organise and pay for the return or exchange freight.
'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
