Return Policy

  1. EASTRADE INTERNATIONAL PTY. LTD. will refund monies paid or issue a credit note or replace goods in the case of:
    • Non delivery due to our error.
    • Incorrect order delivered due to our error.

    All claims / returns must be notified in writing (by fax or email) within 5 working days of receiving your order.

    All returned or exchanges must be in their unopened original factory issued box and or packaging. The return freight is at the customer’s cost, unless the cost of doing so is significant. In this case, we will organise and pay for the return or exchange freight.

  2. 2 Year Warranty of products
  3. 'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'

    Exceptions to warranty

    Customer warranty will be voided. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Physical damage and/or misuse or abuse, liquid damage, repairs and/or product modifications and alterations that have been executed by unauthorised third parties.
    • Failing to properly follow the installation process and instructions for use.

    The customer is responsible for returning the faulty product to our company with valid proof of purchase, unless the cost of doing so is significant. In this case, we will organise and pay for the return or exchange freight.

    The returned product will be checked and tested. If it’s deemed damaged or faulty, the customer can choose one of the following options:

    • Replace: Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied.
    • Credit: Credit should be the same amount paid by the customer.
